Lynn Caldwell serves as Chief Investment Officer of Paragon Holdings, where she is responsible for overseeing strategic planning and execution of the firm’s investment platform. In this role, she chairs Paragon’s investment committee and helps guide capital deployment across real estate, oil and gas, and healthcare investments.
She brings more than 35 years of experience in real estate, investments, finance, acquisition, and development, with direct involvement in over $5 billion of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financings. Lynn has extensive experience structuring capital stacks and managing complex real estate legal and investment matters.
Prior to Paragon Holdings, Lynn served as Chief Investment Officer of Paragon Group, a NYSE REIT and was responsible for all facets of the investment related activities of the company. Lynn was with Bank of America, successor to NCNB Texas prior to joining Paragon, where she led a commercial real estate lending division with a portfolio spanning office, industrial, multifamily, retail, and hotel assets throughout the United States.
Lynn holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Southern Methodist University. She is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker, serves on the Executive Board of the Cox Business School, and is active in Highland Park Methodist Church.
